This tool is for young leaders and volunteers with and without disability.
This toolkit summarizes information for young leaders related to: youth work methods, team work, coordination of volunteers, adaptation of games and self-advocacy. It is most of all designed for youngsters who want to work with inclusive peer groups.
The aim of this tool is to motivate young leaders for realizing their own activities; to provide know-how about youth work methods and working in (inclusive) teams.
